I don't bring tripod with me when i go out for a photowalk - it eats time assembling and positioning it. However, its a drawback if you have a shaky hands ( like me) and want to capture something close to the ground.Under normal circumstances, i would have lie on my tummy and use my elbows as stabilizer. There were a couple of dogs around and i 'm pretty sure they can sniff my unexplained fear of them and i don't want to be in such a disadvantage position. I was left with no choice but to pack-up for the day as they were getting quite close to my liking, tsk!
